相關注意事項：

☛基於衛生考量，申請者請自備耳機，中心恕不提供。

☛申請者最晚須於星期五下班前預約下周觀看時段，中心將保有最終決定權。

☛中心承辦人員將以電子郵件方式回覆申請人，最晚須於前一日確認回覆。若於未收到申請人之確認回覆，則視同其放棄，並將該時段開放給其他人使用。

☛服務每次申請以2小時為單位，可視當日預約狀況性延長。

☛錄影內容皆為中心所有，請勿拷貝、攜出。
